Tips for Using these resources

• The design of the materials is simple and the text is MS Word. Our goal has been to make the forms, letters, and examples easy to use.
• Refer to the Contents page to see the range of topics covered. Samples are grouped by topic/theme, e.g. Parent-Teacher Conferences or Home Learning Activities.
• To edit the documents for personalized use click on the images to the right, they should download to your desktop and open in your word processing program. Feel free to add borders or decorate with other graphics as you see fit in tailoring these ideas to your own classroom use; or use the sample as it is.
• Before printing and use, be sure to check the pagination. Many times the heading for one page will appear at the bottom of the previous page because margins on different computer are set to different values. If you would like to print a single page, use the copy and paste commands to paste the page into a new word document.
